The application of manganese sulfate in brush plating

is the brush plating solution formula that may commonly contain nickel or
manganese sulfate and other contents.
The commonly used brush platingsolution in mold repairation
Formula One: special nickel
Nickel sulfate 395~397 g/L, sodium
chloride 14~ 16g/L, acetic acid 68~70g/L, hydrochloride 20~28 g/L.
Formula Two: nickel - D tungsten
alloy plating solution
Nickel sulfate 395 g/L, sodium
tungstate 23 g/L, boric acid 31 g/L, citric acid 42 g/L, Cobalt sulfate 2 g/L,
anhydrous sodium sulfate 6.5 g/L, magnesium sulfate 2 g/L, manganese sulfate 2
g/L, acetic acid 20 ml/L, formic acid 35 ml/L, sodium fluoride 5 g/L, sodium
dodecyl sulfate 0.01 ~ 0.001 g/L.
Plated through the brush plating
solution with nickel sulfate, manganese sulfate, the coating of plating has
good hardness, wear resistance and oxidation resistance. After the repairation
of the technology, the service life of all kinds of mould can generally be
increased by 20% to 200%.
